After some consideration, I did a little barter and aquired a decent cane. Now, a lot of people perhaps are not aware of the significance of canes. Traditionally they were used by wise men to gauge the height of temples that would be created. I wouldn't use it all the time, but when walking around at night, a cane is handy.
