Well, the big news today is that Shell won't be in NZ now because they think that NZ sucks so they have sold all the prescence here... There are cleverly worded statements to trick you into thinking that there is some asset-related crap, but basically the aforementioned is why they are selling. In past roles I have done contract work for or on behalf of Shell, and found them pretty meticulous in their operations despite the fact that I don't even like oil really. A lesser oil company will now be performing the role of petroleum distrobution in NZ because it is so bad here.
