Recently, I was having extreme difficulty obtaining a decent set of weights to lift at a justifiable pricerange. As mentioned, I had resorted to lifting a stone, which I returned the other night back, because somehow, the other day, when cleaning out a container, a set of old mining grinding balls had been lodged in the back for scrap. These make decent weights, not too heavy, perhaps a bit on the light side for me, but better than a stone, certainly.
