Without my Thyroxine, you need a source of Iodine in order to keep you "pepped up." Something I know which works and also I enjoy is Muscles. Guaranteed, after a tub of these, you get a tremendous energy boost. This is because they are full of Iodine. Another good source like this, is Prawns. There are other great effects from these food sources especially for the male, however I will not go into this today.
