On the subject of the heavy rain, I did a little calculation to try and figure out how much carbon I had personally used over the last 3 or 4 months at work using heavy machinery. The optimistic figure of 27 Tons of carbon was used from spent diesel fumes. This would equate from the calculations found within Wikipedia.
