So, another day passes, nothing new, just the usual punks roaring round town in cars etc. An interesting thing was playing on my mind about the worldwide weather situation. The last I read on Insurance was that the laws are looking at most of the severe weather as man-made disasters rather than natural occurances or acts of god. This would make sense in some cases, whereby entire districts are being destroyed and expecting payouts and assistance rebuilding the areas, when the simple reality is that there is too much utees running round the places blowing loads of carbon in occupied areas, encouraging persistent rainfall, with the net effect of collateral damadge.
