Another week passes. Nothing really to take note of, other than the fact that the Australian economy has been affected by the weather and lots of pandemonium on the mainstream news as always. Luckily, it looks like the banks are writing off the loans on houses that were weather damadged, so therefore that is probably a good thing for the small investors. The labour market seems to be strong enough here, however, white collar jobs are being cut, according to the reports i've seen. Anyways the dam is holding at 38M tonight and slowly dropping, so this year, this town probably won't get flooded, which from a buyers agent point of view probably isn't that great, as the property can't be written off and with the downturn of office work, i'm glad that is not my chosen career path at the moment. Oh well, time for bed again.
