In fact, I've been thinking about housing and how basically, the smarter ones are going backwards into being a modern day caveman by building these underground homes. Of course, you can't beat the really old stone ones, but there are some great examples of modern designs floating around. The only problem is, that you need to surface now and again, as humans really do need sunlight and food from time to time, but it looks like a good life all things considered, way better than these town dumps. I wouldn't be surprised if many newbuilds are going this route now.
