Something I have been smoking over here in Aus, is a Tobacco aka "White OX." I have stopped smoking before and probably will again, as it's terribly rotten for your health... However, sometimes you just can't beat a smoke. Anyways, this White Ox, if you know anything about good tobacco, is damn nice. For years I smoked Drum, which notails will say, is prisoners choice because it is so strong, but anyone in the know, will tellya it's because it's just a good tobacco. In short any tobacco coming out of Holland, is sure to be pretty good and this White Ox comes from... You guessed right, The Netherlands, so it's no surprise. One thing, it is pretty strong, just a bit more than Drum. I got to get off this stuff...

So you see, I was without internet for about a week. After much annoying running around town trying out stupid broadband sticks till one worked from the main phone company called Telstra. The Virgin ones just dont work, and basically if anything works, then that is a bonus. So you see the snake, well, I seen one yesterday outside my place. I believe this particular one is not poisonous but it's the first time I seen one close. It was not that great of a shock and eventually it just buggered off anyways. The image on here is credit to photolatvia.com as I am without photographic capabilities at the moment. My last phone got severely knackered and you can not get the same thing here aka Skypephone.

Recently I have been making cheesecakes out of packets, something I can't get enought of. After reading the lowdown on them, some things came out in the wash. It was originally invented by a Greek called Aegimus in the 5th century BC, who was a physician & is creditied with being the first man to realise the pulse. Also there was rumour of the inventor living 200 years. They called their cheesecakes Libum & Placenta. My guess, is that if there is any element of truth about the long living thing, perhaps to steer clear of the packet ones... However they all taste good to me :)

Interestingly, the other day. Whilst performing some duties, had a mishap with a 6" grinder in the face. Basically, while grinding/preping a job, the grinder kicked back right in the face, full on. It had the wire-brush attachment on. At first, I thought, oh-dear, I think perhaps, I may have just gored myself, but after the 10 second shock, whilst standing on a ladder incidentally, I realised that indeed, no goring had occured and merely was left, with a slight scrape, probably on par with a decent shaving nik. The rest of the day was spent wondering what would have become had the outcome been different... For the record, the grinder became tangled on my shirt also and came to a stop after nearly chewing through the material. It was not particularly anyone's fault, grinders can kick back when using the wire, esp.

A remarkable discovery, with regards to graphite, was discovered a few years back by some foreign scientists working in the UK. The substance was named graphine, which seems unbelievable in the manner it was stumbled upon. Apparently, they used a piece of scotch tape and stuck it onto a piece of graphite, then studied the tape very closely, using a variety of measurement techniques, finding that at atomic level, the trace/lattice of graphite was extremely solid with recent tests suggesting that graphine could be 200 times stronger than steel, which is very interesting. There is a little more to it than this, but not much.
My head is sore. I am struggling to find the point of anything anymore. Apart from running round town on a moped avoiding humans, there is little else to do here apart from soaking up intense amounts of heat. I suppose there is far worse situations, it just doesn't seem right. The country is very big, with this state QLD being more like the USA than the USA itself... A thing that is puzzling me badly, with this being an military town, is the grade of hardware being trained on. Every day, old choppers and jets skirts along the sky, making tonnes of noise to the population below. It is outdated, in regards to. Anyone that knows about this stuff, knows that most airforces were severely downmanned in favour of unmanned drones being used for air missions. I recall, back at the airbase somewhere in UK, an entire barracks being out of "work" due to this. Oh well, I guess it's just the way things are done here.

Recently, was watching the Ryder Cup golf on TV. There is a story attached to this event, which was named after Sam Ryder who sold plant seeds for a living... Worthy of note, not long ago, I saw advertised "all in one" golf club from an American vendor. After a little checking, it seems the basic original concept of this device is patented to an inventor known as Charles V. Winter, Barrington III back in 1941. I am unsure who this person is, the only slight resemblence I can see to this name was an American schoolteacher who was a physical exorcise instructor.
