Something I haven't seen here yet is a device known as a hand spinner aka portable washing machine. There is a vendor of American products in every city that stocks these, but because this is rain time, they don't stock them at the moment. I was advised to go to a camping specialist otherwise it will all be hand washed from here. White goods here are not really up to the choice of UK, however there are some ok deals. In general, everything is ridiculously overpriced. It is taking a little getting used to. I'm used to going into the shop and all the stuff more or less being given away cheaply or good brand names and build quality.

Today I was mostly tapping & drilling holes with an old hand wound drill. Despite what the tool specialist said about buying the leccy one, I thought this would be more fun basically. It does work, I am not finished yet, but will be very soon. I recall my grandfather had one of these, about the only tool he had to be honest, this and a decent saw which he used to maintain 7 large farms in his day.

Recently, it crossed my mind, that almost everyone you meet nowadays has their eye on the gold chain... I was walking though the shopping centre thinking this tune "I got my eye on the gold chain." You see it everywhere you go, it's in their eyes, try looking for it next time you enter any business establishment.

Without my Thyroxine, you need a source of Iodine in order to keep you "pepped up." Something I know which works and also I enjoy is Muscles. Guaranteed, after a tub of these, you get a tremendous energy boost. This is because they are full of Iodine. Another good source like this, is Prawns. There are other great effects from these food sources especially for the male, however I will not go into this today.

The weather situation is changing here, coming into the wet time. Today we was soaked silly and had no need to shower at all. On the road home, I chanced fate and drove the scooter through about half a foot deep water, luckily nothing went wrong. Without photographic capability just now, I can not show the weather fluctuations, but I am not kidding, it pours down hardstyle. Also for the record, I came off the bike last week and nearly gored myself on the side of the road, making this the 8th vehicular accident that I has survived so far without any injury at all. Incidentally, there was no damadge at all on the bike not even a scratch, but it could have been a real nasty one, it's hard to explain. Oh well... Time for bed.

Something I have been smoking over here in Aus, is a Tobacco aka "White OX." I have stopped smoking before and probably will again, as it's terribly rotten for your health... However, sometimes you just can't beat a smoke. Anyways, this White Ox, if you know anything about good tobacco, is damn nice. For years I smoked Drum, which notails will say, is prisoners choice because it is so strong, but anyone in the know, will tellya it's because it's just a good tobacco. In short any tobacco coming out of Holland, is sure to be pretty good and this White Ox comes from... You guessed right, The Netherlands, so it's no surprise. One thing, it is pretty strong, just a bit more than Drum. I got to get off this stuff...

So you see, I was without internet for about a week. After much annoying running around town trying out stupid broadband sticks till one worked from the main phone company called Telstra. The Virgin ones just dont work, and basically if anything works, then that is a bonus. So you see the snake, well, I seen one yesterday outside my place. I believe this particular one is not poisonous but it's the first time I seen one close. It was not that great of a shock and eventually it just buggered off anyways.
