Well today, only one visit from 2 squad cars at this premises that I was aware of. There were some stupid looking young girls pushing prams with masks on their faces. That was interesting. It trasnspires that the majority of tenants in this building are too stupid to even realise their rights when leasing a presmises, which wouldn't be surprising as the majority are having their rents payed from the government dole office, however there is a catch. To lease with such wanton abandon of respect for paying residents, constitutes a criminal offence in my book, meaning that once the local authorities click that sending cars round here all the time is not solving this problem, that possibly a little bit of responsibility lies with the owner, don't you think? My last assumption which is basically usually correct, is that the owner has flown away on holiday, what a surprise. I'm just looking forward to getting away from this nuthole. The bottom line, is that this premises should not be leased to all and sundry, leaving the local authorities to mop up all the time. I have no doubt, that the owner will probably be prosecuted or maybe has been, but these stories always leave a trail. It is an old trick to lease out property and not properly manage it, but it has severe consequences. A lawyer tried this on myself many years ago, and was struck off the register and unable to practice any kind of law for 7 years. But that is another story.
